Communication with the membership is a high priority in Area 11.
There is an Electronic Newsletter published bi-monthly. If you would like to be added to the mailing list send an e-mail to [email protected] .  Please include your  name, mailing address – or at least city and state, and if you are willing, please share your phone number.
DIRECTORS:  Make your job easier by encouraging your ringers to sign up for the Area 11 e-newsletter.  They’ll get the latest news when you do!

We do not share these mailing lists with anyone!


Various forms/brochures are available on-line to:

  • register for an event
  • submit information for the calendar
  • apply for a handchime grant
  • volunteer your time/talents
  • provide information needed by our Executive Board or Event Planners
  • tips for planning an event (brochure which is available for distribution)

These forms are a way for those in charge of a program/event to make sure they receive the information they need.  It saves a lot of time on their part and there’s less follow-up required if you use the forms. While we do not yet have  the way to complete forms on-line, forms are available for you to print out, complete (please print clearly) and return via snail mail with your check.  If a check is not required, the form may be completed, scanned, saved as a .jpg file which can then be sent as an e-mail attachment to the person designated on the form.
